Apartment Review for La Contenta - Tempe, AZ

I lived in La Contenta in 2004 and decided to move out because of the drug deals in the parking lot, the amount of stuff stolen from the laundry room, and the fact that the staff doens't give a care about you or your needs. I was the secondary on the lease and my roommate and I were told that everything was complete and taken care of. Fine great good to go......well it turns out for some reason this went to court and was dismissed and it now shows up on my credit report and is preventing me from getting a apartment here. When la contenta was called they said that they had no record of this. So now Im S.O.L. basically. AVOID THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!
