La Contenta has completely gone down hill. Rampant drug use in numerous apartments, noise, and a unresponsive management team make this complex a horrible place to live. The noise ranges from blarring bass to unsupervised screaming kids throughout the complex. You will be able to find much quieter and safer apartments elsewhere.
