Apartment Review for Hyde Park Apartments - Tempe, AZ

Stay Away -Staff are inconsiderate, cold, bitchy and do not help one bit. -Maintenance is lackadasical, spent some time in AZ summer with NO AC. Which was complimented by 6 days with no heat in winter when it was getting down to the 30's at night. -Security gates never work. and the "parking lot patrol" is literally non-existent I nor has anyone else ever seen this alleged patrol. -Roaches, wasps, pigeons are frequent visitors of your balcony and inside your apartment. -Crime inside the community as the soda machines were robbed so often they had to be taken out. -Laundry rooms are frequently unavailable due to the construction people, their friends, and other non-tenants washing their work clothes in the laundry facilities.
