Apartment Review for Haven Luxury Apartments - Tempe, AZ

they've done a lot with the renovations and the landscaping, and the new ones are beautiful inside... but... extremely overpriced. nobody can afford them and the whole complex is only 50% occupied. there has been four different managements companies for the year that i lived there. the office ladies are complete bitches, the drains are rotted, the train is too loud, the washer/dryer does not work, you are required to give a 60 day vacate notice.... but it's a good location?
