Apartment Review for Haven Luxury Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I visted the Haven once or twice. In my comings and goings it became apparent that this is a one star property, possible zero star, but that s not an option. Everytime I visited my friend her clothes were strewn all about due do a deficiency in the washer and dryer unit. At one point she was washing her clothes, the noise from the dryer prompted me to call the airport, as I thought a plane might be crashing nearby. Imagine my relief when I found out this was not the case! Visiting the Haven had it perks, however, as the gates never worked, granting easy access to all, possibly even ciminals. From what I ve witnessed the integrity of the ownership group seems questionable, at best. From my experience it appears that the Haven provides substandard living conditions, similar to apartment complexes charging half this price. Please look elsewhere, thank you for you time.
