Apartment Review for Haven Luxury Apartments - Tempe, AZ

Worst place I have EVER rented. Don't fall for the sales pitch the place is nothing like they tell you. For example, Haven is marketed as a Luxury complex... whats luxury about getting your water turned off once a month, usually without notice. What's luxury about a washer/dryer combination unit that does dry your clothes so you are forced to use the public laundry room. What's luxury about a gated community if the gates don't work!!! OH and if anything breaks in your unit... there is no money to fix it...that's right, so you are s**t out of luck! And since there is no money to fix anything, expect to get charged up the you know what for normal wear and tear on your apartment. Oh and if you're not convinced yet, the complex will tap your unit for power to run their own equipment.
