Apartment Review for Garden Grove Apartments - Tempe, AZ

we had ants in our apartment. they charged us to replace the carpeting when they had told us in the beginning they were going to upgrade our apartment when we moved out, so the carpet was already going to be replaced. i never felt unsafe and no problem with my car being broken into. my problem is when our lease was up and we decided to move out. they say they sent me a bill for last months rent(which was already paidand the imaginary bill was never sent received)and now they've sent me to collections for a months rent i dont owe. they're ruining my credit!!!. the management cant even count, my lease was suppose to be for 10months and they counted only 9months, then it was fixed to 10months. i assume thats where this extra month comes from, cause they cant count. doesnt move here unless you intend on never moving out.
