They should say no utilites. The power clicks off at least once a month. The A/C(actually a central evaporative cooling system)has gone out 4 times. Last week it went out for 3 days in a row! This week the hot water is out and were now on day 4 of no hot water. When there is hot water it leaks behind the wall and then all over the bathroom floor. Word to the wise, DON  Need to rent an apartment?
