I have been here 2 of 8 months and boy what a letdown. My neighbors love the rap hip hop thump and the floors above me must be 1/8 inch thick. You would swear the guy weighs 500 lbs when he walks but he is an average 150 lb man. I have yet to sleep a full 8 hrs... I dont care if they offer free rent, its not worth the trouble to rent here...  Need to rent an apartment?
