Apartment Review for Fernwood Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I agree with the review from 4/2009. The rules keep changing depending on how the office feels that day. The residents are constantly being harrassed! The office staff constantly wants to be in your business. Don't let them fool you. It is only to gather info so they can make yours and everyone else's life a living hell. They stick it too you with the lease and threaten you with it when you complain. If you like living in a consentration camp with the Nazi and the little miss priss, you will love it here. The owner needs to be contacted but no one wants to contact him in fear of getting booted and stuck with the fee's of the lease.
