Apartment Review for Elliot's Crossing Apartments - Tempe, AZ

This apartment complex looks ok from the outside the rates aren't bad but they do alot of things that are just not right. First they don't tell you that they let people who just came out of Jail rent these apartments out. Which we were unaware of, I friend of mine moved out because they were partying and sexually harassing here. Plus we got charged 600 dollars to clean a fridge, they said they mailed the info to us and they never did. The only way I found out was when went to buy a house and they said they sent my account to collections. I would not live in this area there is alot of car thieft and there is no gates to protect your car. Rates are good but not worth the hassle of being charged 600 dollars to clean a fridge
