Apartment Review for Desert Palm Village - Tempe, AZ

The office staff is always either rude or incompetent or both. My first day I had to go back to the office twice after getting my keys because they forgot to give me or tell me something. They have a ridiculous late-rent policy that doesn't make any sense. They claimed to not get my rent check twice, but thankfully I had UPS tracking to prove they did. They painted right before I moved in and washed their paint brushes out in the kitchen sink, so it wouldn't drain. They didn't tell me until two weeks before I moved out that there are free air-conditioner filters in the office -- I ended up paying way too much in electricity. When they rebuilt my porch they blocked the storage door so it couldn't open. At least one washer or dryer is broken at all times. They mow the lawns at 7am Friday morning. The whole experience was horrible.
