Apartment Review for Desert Palm Village - Tempe, AZ

This is the worst place ever to live. Since my Fiance and I lived there we had nothing but problems from day one. I lost over $500.00 dollars in property because their laundry facility on several occasions flooded my bedroom!!! I got stung by a scorpion while sleeping on my livingroom couch!!! The management team has the most uncooperative attitudes. It takes weeks or even months to get the maintenace crew to fix something in your apartment!! Upstairs and surrounding neighbors had loud parties 7 days a week. Our upstairs neighbors were drunk and puking off of the balcony at 7pm while we were eating dinner!!!! The security team doesn't do crap!!!! One of the quadroplexes burned down from an electrical fire!!!! The landscapers were never around!!!! Found large amounts of mold in my walls!!!! The Complex didn't do anything about it untill I threatened a lawsuite and a report to the Tenant's Rights Association!!! Air conditioner always broke down!!! Laundry facilities were barely opperational!!! Once to three times a week someone's car got stolen or vandalized!!!! NEED I SAY MORE????
