Apartment Review for Coronado - Tempe, AZ

I have been living here for well over a year and I have to say that I am not happy with the staff. It has taken them weeks to fulfill a maintenance order. They've stopped putting notices up to let us know if the heat or a/c is going to be turned on or off. The hot water heater turns off every time there is a storm! So if it rains you better hurry up and take a shower or you're S.O.L.! Our tub has mold under the caulk. They've redone it 2 times already and it keeps coming back! We have to spray bleach every night before we go to bed just to keep the mold from growing all over the place. They still haven't turned on the A/C! They expect us to run fans and leave our windows open all day and night! I have children that complain about how hot it is and I can't do anything about it! We decided to stay for another year but we will DEFINITELY be leaving after this lease is up! It sucks because our apartment is away from the drama and craziness and we keep to ourselves but this is no longer worth it!
