Pros - Electric and basic cable are included Cons - the maintenance dept is in need of an upgrade... You never know when they go in the apt. and they have long turn around times to get things fixed. Cons _ The police make arrests there daily....and cars are always broken into.... Cons - over 50% of the apartments are vacant Cons - this place has a fly problem. We are getting out of here for our kids and property sake.  Need to rent an apartment?
