Apartment Review for Colony Grove Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I have been living here for about 5 months and the only good thing about these apts now called sevilla, is the fact that they are cheap. Besides that there is no other reason why a person would said that these apts are great. In the month of feb 09 a man was shot in the chest 4 times due to drug related activity. No matter where you live in these apts drugs are a problem. It smells like weed in the front, middle, and back of the apts. All day everyday. Plus I believe the manager is a drug user. If not she is very weird and her ways are those of a drug user. These apts have a very bad mold problem, and when I brought it to the office staffs attention they told they had mold in the apt they stay in (at sevilla) too. The gates are broken and after the shooting people ask when are the gates going to be fixed and we were told by the staff (Lupe) it doesn't matter because the criminal would still fine a way in. These apts are horrible and not worth anybody's safety.
