Apartment Review for City Scape Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I lived at CityScape for approximately 2 1/2 years, from 2002-early 2005. The experience was pleasant and I'd recommend it to a friend. It is quiet for the most part, although toward the end of our stay, some people moved in below that played what sounded like rap music with a lot of bass. I always kept in mind that it can happen at any apartment, no matter where you go.

The staff was friendly and courteous and knew everyone's name in the complex. Units were clean, maintenance was prompt and grounds were well maintained. The location was slightly off the beaten path, so it felt safer than the average apartment you might find driving down Baseline.

Other bonuses included a Whole Foods Market and a Starbucks within walking distance, as well as a fun bar (Doc 'n' Eddy's) right across the street. You could go out and not have to drive home. Many other shops as well. Quite conveniently located.
