Apartment Review for Campus Pointe - Tempe, AZ

I've lived here since May 1st and unfortunatly signed a lease for 13 months so I'm still here for a while. But this place sucks. We have bugs (not quite sure what they are) but they are everywhere at night. We never have hot water, ever! The noise is insane, its not from parties or anything that i would accept but its from just having really thin walls, and from drunks that hang out outside. The security is nonexistant. There has been atleast 2 cars that have had windows broken and thats only in the immediate area to where i park. And if you plan to live here remember to keep your door locked at ALL times, and leave a light on when your gone because I wouldn't trust anyone around here and with no security at all you are on your own, becareful.
