Apartment Review for Campus Pointe - Tempe, AZ

Here is the fact that I have experienced in the first 3 month so far:

1. Terrible leakage from upstairs due to a bathtub clog. 2. Clog in the kitchen drain. Fixed soon. 3. Now I got my own bathtub clogged. They called a plumber, but leaving all the black, dirty shits in it. And I was told that I have to clean it by myself.

Pro: 1. Close to the campus. 2. Enough parking places.

Con: 1. The facilities are extremly old and terriblely maintained. 2. No temperature control of the air conditioner. 3. Keep sending mail to charge extra money every month. 4. Rude manager. They did lie to you!!!

If you hate someone, recommend this apartment to him/her.
