Apartment Review for Campus Pointe - Tempe, AZ

I stayed there in 2BR 2BT at Campus Pointe Aug 04-Jan 05. Good things are - Spacious 2 BR with BT inside Bad things are - The bike garage is not secured. My bike was pulled apart (attempt to rob) by the unknowns. - A/C is either too cold or too hot - Hot water is just a little warm, during warn climate AC is too cold and hot water is a little warm. Taking a bath in the morning give me weird felling. I have to shut the AC before taking a bath in the morning. - Too many croaches. Thank god they didn't bit me. - The wall is not sound proofed. I can understand what my roomate talking on the phone, that means the sound penetrate my roomate wall pass though the living room, penetrate to my wall and get into my ears. - The kitchen layout is so bad. The kitchen is big but there is very little space for preparing the food. I have to use extra table to prepare the food for cooking. - All fixtures are in poor conditions. The door knobs, window screens. closetes, cupboards, ete. All bad condition.
