Apartment Review for Campus Pointe - Tempe, AZ

Right in the heart of crack town is the location of this wonderful place. The noise from the Trains, the cars hot roding down Terrance, Gunfire, Airplanes, Crack Hoes fighting with Bums. The new management is unorganized and I think the rents will go up. Great place if you want to live close to ASU. The other residents are fine, mostly from foreign countries. If you decide to live hear get really good ear plugs, buy a gun at least a 9mm, 22's will not handle thugs very good. Also write down the police non-emergency and emergency number so you can call and complain when you see cars being broken into including your own,bikes stolen,bums digging in the trash,people knocking on your door late at night trying to sell you stuff. I do not think the Mormons even come here anymore. This place used to have security guards with the old managemnent. Not any more!!!! You will have to use 911. You are on your own in this place. Great learning experience for students that want to know what the "Hood" is really like.
