Apartment Review for Butterfield Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I like my neighbors, and it's relatively quiet, but the apartment manager is completely unresponsive. This is Arizona, which is only slightly cooler than the surface of the sun in summertime, yet despite requests and complaints, the pool has been filthy and unusable for June and July! It's now August 2nd and there's still no indication anything will be done. In addition, a few tenants have been victims of property damage, like having their tires slashed. I don't feel very safe living here. I'm not aware of any security patrols and certainly have never seen any. I will not be renewing my lease.
