Apartment Review for Broadway Park Apartments - Tempe, AZ

Hey what I do have against Broadway park apts? How much time do you have? Lets see first all the kids run wild and I actually when outside to tell them to get off my stairway for like the thousandth time and the manager just stood there and didn't do anything. Then we have about 10 to 20 what looks to me like a bunch of ex criminals roaming around. If you could believe that they turn this place into a location for a halfway house! The parking is horrible people storing thier tow carts in the parking places this place is the worst! Oh and don't forget about the little jerks leaving their trash wherever they feel like it.
