Apartment Review for Brenda Arms Apartments - Tempe, AZ

These apartments are beautiful and have really gone under major renovations. New paint jobs in the inside and outside of the apartments. In addition to, all apartments have wood flooring - which is a plus because carpet gets extremely dirty so fast! The rooms are nice size and the pool is a great retreat for summer days. The landlords Robert and Michele are GREAT!!! If there is ever a problem, the issue gets settled right away because Robert is usually always at the property. They are also very concerning and not half of the things people said in previous reviews. Those people are probably past renters who were lazy and failed to pay their rent. They deserved to be notified frequently, which is the general procedure for when rent is late at any apartment complex. Ultimately, if you are looking for a small, quiet community that is newly renovated, and close to different venues in Scottsdale and Tempe than this is an awesome place!!!!
