Apartment Review for Arpeggio Rental Condominiums - Tempe, AZ

Noise is horrible as most people who know it is one big rich kid college Apt. hang out. No respect for your cars, other peoples privacy and pretty much anything that comes to mind. Very nice location with nice condos and well maintained with the occasional trees falling down from over watering but if you want any sort sleep this is not the place especially if you have any ages of children I would not look here at all unless if you don?t mind coming out to your vehicle in the morning with new dents from the drunken fights and beer can and bottles smashed on you cars. The office workers are a bunch of drunks that throw parties at the pool and provide alcohol to anyone around including minors and use vacant Apartments for personal uses that are not very professional. They need to hire professional people to run the onsite location. Horrible experience living there. Once again the worst experience I have had renting ever!!!
