Apartment Review for Arpeggio Rental Condominiums - Tempe, AZ

I lived here over the summer while I interned in Phoenix. I loved the apartment. Going to the pool every day to socialize was awesome, but there weren't rowdy keggars or anything. Just a few people there with a radio and some beer. Half the time no one was there, or just some parents with their kids, which was also nice.

The apartment itself is massive with great carpeting and tons of storage. my roomate & I couldn't even fill up all the shelving haha.. a train can sort of be heard but it didn't give me any problems at night or anything. I especially liked the "musical" theme, it's a shame they changed the names when they turned this place into condos. I found the place to be a treat. It's located right by the freeway and not too far from scotsdale.. just about 12 mins to downtown phoenix (where I worked).

overall I'd love to live there agian, unfortunately I don't think I'll ever really move out of california =)

ps- I did have one scorpion scare.
