Apartment Review for Arbour Park - Tempe, AZ

Whatever you do, don't even think about renting here! Sure rent may seem like a good deal, but I have hated every minute of living here. First of all, the a/c and heat are controlled by maintenance, so even if it's hot outside, they could possibly have heat running, and opening your window/sliding door invites robbers! Also, I see the cops here all the time. The neighborhood is terrible. Maintenance never fixes anything, from a missing screw to a burner on your stove. Everything falls apart. The laundry facility is dirty and half of the time the w/d are broken. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
