If you like getting your car windows smashed in with a rock so scumbags can steal your stuff and your headlights kicked in just because someone thinks it would be fun to cost someone they don't even know some money, then you should definitely live here. Management won't do crap about it either. This is probably the most unsafe place in Tempe for college students.  Need to rent an apartment?
