Apartment Review for Apache Station - Tempe, AZ

I am a parent of a an ASU student that leased for 2 years at the Apache Station. They had 3 name changes in the time my son signed the lease. After he moved out I received a move out bill totaling over $3000 thats right THREE THOUSAND dollars. The bill stated it would go to collection in 30 days from the date I received it. They listed carpet replacement and a non-detail list of alleged damages. A cleaning charge of $290, a trash fee of $300 and a painting charge. This was a 2 bedroom apartment and his room mate was billed the same outrageous amount. Needless to say we have hired an attorney to deal with this situation. I hope other renters post here their experiences.
