Apartment Review for Apache Station - Tempe, AZ

This place is the biggest shit hole in Tempe. Whatever you do don't live here!!! No where to park, noisy as hell, total garbage. They switch the name of the place every year so it makes it hard to review. Clearly the current reviews are bullshit and most likely written by one of the horrible staff members. Most of all THEY SCAM EVERYONE WHO LIVES THERE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IF NOT MORE AFTER THEY MORE OUT. You won't be aware of anything wrong until more than a year after you move out. Then when someone's doing a back-round check it will say you owe around $800. If you try and ask for a reciept of any reason for this charge you will be cussed at and threatened. What ever you do don't make the same mistake as me. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE.
