Apartment Review for The Gateway At Tempe - Tempe, AZ

They just find a way to screw there residence over with money. They just charge you for everything that's wrong when that's the condition you got it in. When I first moved it I was the only apartment with out electricity in the summer for 4 days and the apartment was dirty. When I moved out I turned it the apartment nice and clean and they charged me for things they didn't need to do. Management is always confused and when you ask to speak to a manager they just avoid me. Always ask to see a lease before you sign it. READ ALL OF THE LEASE. They just try to rush you to sign. There is many things I don't like with the lease and not sure how legal all of it is in AZ.
