To summerize; lots of cockroaches, rude management, gates are a false sense of security, cheap construction, high rent, noisey kids everywhere, no sucurity, and they will take you for every dime after move-out. Stay away from anything owned by aimco, they just want your money. It is located arcoss from AZ mills mall though. So that's good.  Need to rent an apartment?
