Apartment Review for 201 West Apartments - Tempe, AZ

The place is immaculate on the outside, especially near the office. Forget about parking near your apartment unless you live in the furthest regions of the complex. The office personnel are very patronizing, to keep face. Some apartments flood badly. Police there at least once a week. On May 10, there was a shooting there. SWAT has been there at least three times. Any major news is hush hush. Maintenance personnel are nice enough but nothing really gets fixed. Many young children run loose with no supervision. Office personnel change every so often, as with management. Thugs have been known to show up as well. Not such a crime free area.
